Group Machiels trades on an international level in new and second-hand equipment for public works, major infra-structural works,
civil engineering and mining. Machiels’ contracting business was phased out in the early eighties and Group Machiels subsequently
invested, through take-overs and participations, in diverse activities. The equipment of the contracting business – earthmoving
and road building machines – had to be sold. In this way another activity of the Group Machiels came into being : MACHINE TRADE.
Since Group Machiels works with different brands and types of machines on its own sites, a.o. landfill yards, concrete plants,
sand and gravel pits, earthmoving works … the possibilities and descriptions of the traded machines are well known. Machiels
Trading is knowledgeable and able to advise you on which equipment suits your project best.
Machiels Trading trades in Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu, Liebherr, Terex, Volvo, but also in other brands.
The purchases are not only for the purpose of trading but also for activities of the Group Machiels and its participations.
Through the continuous renewal of their own equipment, the different sites of the Group can always have access of a fleet of
very young machines and the most recent technology. Therefore, Machiels Trading often sells very young machines with low working hours. |
